  • Well, we love details and you will see this in our line-itemed quotes. From labor to equipment, it’s all there, in complete transparency for you to review. We are happy to talk through and explain each line, so you are comfortable in your decision making.

  • Our estimates are an excellent representation of what your final cost is going to be. And our Terms, Definitions and Conditions spell this out. No surprise fees, just straight forward pricing and explanations to help in your planning.

  • Source1AV maintains a large inventory of (professional-grade) audio visual production equipment and chances are, we have what you need. If we don’t, we know where to get it! We also have all the accessories to make it all run smoothly.

  • We sure do! Being there for our clients, no matter the location, is all part of the job description for all of us at Source1AV. We are regularly on the road, with our equipment and technicians, working in different cities nationwide.

  • We have sample photos from the many events we support to help along the decision making process.. Additionally, we provide technical drawings and renders, when needed, to ensure your vision is brought to life.

  • We are happy to work on events of all sizes! We don’t see it as too big or small, it’s more of a right-fit scenario where we are focused on the outcome. Making sure the meeting and/or event is a success for everyone involved.
